Return & Exchange

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. We’ll give you an exchange for that piece in another color, a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, the customer care team at Edward Evan would study the need for return or exchange, and based on their jurisdiction the exchange will be facilitated.

Please note: Discounted Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable items.


It’s easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail

Step 1

You need to inform us by email within 5 business days of receiving the parcel at [email protected] If we are not informed within 5 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.

Step 2

Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return

Step 3

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, include your completed invoice, and Courier the parcel back to us. Address details will be shared in the email.

  • We do not return or exchange Gift Certificates, Cosmetics, Swimwear, and Jewellery, once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect.
  • No returns/Exchanges on discounted merchandise.
  • All custom-made orders are non-returnable.

Outside India

We do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders. unless the product is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered. On an exceptional case-to-case basis, if a customer can facilitate the return of goods at any of our stores in India, within 30 days from delivery, we can facilitate an exchange for the customer.
